Bold colour and fluidity are key elements in Irish artist Anne McManus's work. Her paintings are organically inspired expressions of extraordinary ordinary life. Pools of colour form the paintings as they progress, allowing serendipity here, carefully controlled shaping there. The result is fresh, vibrant work at once both energetic and meditative.
